Don't Give Up

During your life you arrive at a point where you'll question the purpose of your journey. That point led me to founding leadRpoint. After much self-reflection and discussions with close ones, my passion for helping others achieve success remained constant. I realized that people flourish when they have a supporter, a community, and an environment where authenticity is valued. I thought about how this applied in my own life, especially one person who had been there for me from a very young age – my best friend's mom.

She had always supported me, and eventually, I got the chance to support her during a pivotal moment in her life. As she reflected on her own purpose, feeling unfulfilled despite a successful sales career, I tutored her in math for her GED—even though it wasn't my strong suit—and she passed! She pursued higher education relentlessly, and now, twenty years later, she runs a successful practice. Her journey to discover and follow her 'Why'—her dream practice—and her transformation into reality, fueled the creation of leadRpoint.

Just today, I was tempted to give up while working on our website, but her example motivated me to persist. Her story was better than any formal training; it brought theory to life and serves as the foundation for what we strive for at leadRpoint, cultivating inclusive, socially responsible leaders and spaces to create a positive, widespread impact and environments where everyone can flourish.
