  • Stacie Spragins is a strategic leader in Learning & Development with a proven ability to bring people together around purposeful growth. With experience across nonprofit, government consulting, and public education, she brings a people-centered approach to training, facilitation, and organizational consulting.

    She has led initiatives that align with mission-driven goals, secured funding for impactful programs, and designed learning experiences that foster connection and momentum. Stacie holds a master’s degree in political science and certifications in restorative practices, equipping her to guide teams through meaningful development.

    At the heart of her work is a commitment to creating welcoming environments—front porches for collaboration—where teams align, grow, and lead with intention.
